Personal Responsibility Agreement

  • The Mentor Center is here to support academic, mental health, and enrichment for Grand Forks Public Schools middle and high school students. It is to be a safe space for all students and staff, and every person present has a responsibility in maintaining this environment.

    The Mentor Center Code of Conduct details these basic expectations:

    • Respect for Mentors
    • Respect for peers
    • Respect for the space
    • Respect for safety

    If students do not comply with the Mentor Center Code of Conduct, consequences can include

    • Verbal redirection/warning
    • Loss of privileges
    • Notification of parent/guardian and/or school
    • Short-term, long-term, or indefinite break from the Mentor Center
