To help better prepare for your arrival at Kindergarten Registration, we would like you to take a few minutes to complete our online Pre-Registration form (form.jotform.com/gfschools/KRegistration2023). This will allow us to capture information to begin your student’s enrollment and cut down on your waiting time at school that day.
The items listed in the checklist (located in the right column) will be helpful for you to have access to when completing on-site registration this spring. Additionally, please bring parent/guardian photo identification and a State-Certified Birth Certificate/I9, which is used to verify identification and date of birth.
Please contact us if you need additional information to complete your student’s registration.
We look forward to welcoming your student to Grand Forks Public Schools!
Brenda Lewis, Ph.D., Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Education
