Substitute Information

We greatly appreciate the dedication and flexibility of our substitute teachers, who play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education when regular teachers are unavailable. We value the contributions of our substitutes and understand the importance of their role in supporting our students' learning experiences.

2023-2024 Pay Rates:

• Substitute Teachers with an interim substitute teaching license: $139.93 per day and $69.96 for a half day.

• Substitute Teachers with a regular teaching license: $149.93 per day and $74.96 for a half day. 5  

• Substitute Teachers who are retired teachers: $174.92 per day and $87.46 for a half day. o Retired teachers are those teachers who are retirement eligible based on TFFR retirement eligibility.
