The Adult Transition Program is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where students can cultivate essential skills in independent living, job training, social relationships, recreation, and community participation. Tailored for individuals aged 18-21 with disabilities, this program empowers students to acquire the tools they need to lead independent and fulfilling lives. Specifically designed for students with an Individualized Education Plan who have fulfilled their high school academic requirements, the program focuses on those with transition goals that align with the benefits of a community-based program.
