United Way's purpose is to provide neighbors with opportunities to thrive. Through the Wheels for Work program, the organization helps provide gas vouchers, bus tickets or assist with car repairs to help neighbors get their children to school or get to work. United Way also provides children ages 0-17 with clothing, school supplies, hygiene items, and other essential items through the Kidz Closet program. These items are all provided at no cost to the family.
