Grand Forks Public Schools Launches Community-wide Survey on Facilities

GRAND FORKS, N.D. – Grand Forks Public Schools has launched a facility improvement survey for members of the Grand Forks community.

Grand Forks Public Schools has recently undergone a District-wide assessment of facilities to assist with developing a long-range building and maintenance plan.

The survey, available at, is open from November 10-28, 2022. It should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

The community is also invited to join the School District for a public meeting on Wednesday, November 16, at 6:30 p.m. at the Valley Middle School (211 5th Ave. N, Grand Forks) Gymnasium. School administration will present the survey and answer questions about the survey. Tours of Valley Middle School will be available after the presentation.

For those who do not have internet access or prefer to complete the survey by paper, physical copies of the survey are available at the main offices of every school. Please return the finished survey to Mark Sanford Education Center, or by mail to: Grand Forks Public Schools, 2400 47th Ave. S, Grand Forks, ND 58201.

Survey feedback will be used by the Grand Forks School Board to plan for the future and to consider building solutions that meet District needs, are financially responsible, and help move our communities forward. A summary of the survey results will be shared with the School Board at a future meeting in the coming weeks.
